What we collect
Monacojack collects only the data we need to run your account and clear payments. Nothing collected for the sake of collecting.
- Account data: email, password hash, username, locale, currency
- Identity data for KYC: government ID and address proof (only when required)
- Payment data: deposit and withdrawal records, card token, crypto wallet address
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, session ID
- Game data: bets placed, sessions, balance changes
Why we collect it
We use your data to run the account, process payments, prevent fraud, and meet regulatory obligations under the Anjouan license. We do not sell your data, ever. We do not share it with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.
Cookies
Monacojack uses three classes of cookies. Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand what works on the site. Marketing cookies are used only if you opt in via the consent banner.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the banner or your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will log you out and stop the site from working.
Data retention
Account data is kept for the lifetime of the account plus seven years after closure. This retention window is set by anti-money-laundering regulations in our license jurisdiction, not by us.
After the seven year window expires, data is securely deleted from our systems and from third-party processors.
Your rights under GDPR
You have a clear set of rights over your data, and we honor every one of them.
- Right of access: ask for a copy of the data we hold on you
- Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data once your account is closed and the retention period has lapsed
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to object to processing for direct marketing

Send privacy requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR. Include enough detail to verify your identity so we can pull the right account.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Third party processors
A short list of vetted processors helps us run the site. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement and only handles the data needed for their function.
- Payment processor (PCI-compliant): card and bank transaction processing
- Cloudflare: hosting, DDoS protection and content delivery
- Live chat provider: customer support tickets and chat transcripts
- Game studios listed in the lobby: game delivery (no personal data shared)
