Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open a Monacojack account. You must live in a country where online gambling is legal and where the Anjouan license is honored. A short list of restricted countries appears at the foot of this page.
One account per person and per household. Duplicate accounts trigger an automatic review and may result in closure of the secondary account along with any bonuses tied to it.
Account rules
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Do not share your account with anyone, including family members. Two-factor authentication is available on every account and recommended.
Suspicious activity, including login attempts from unusual locations, may trigger an account review. You will be asked to confirm activity before normal access resumes.
Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum deposit is €20 on every method. The minimum withdrawal is €30. Standard daily and weekly withdrawal caps are listed on our payment page. VIP tiers raise those caps as you climb.
Withdrawals are paid back to the deposit method where possible. KYC verification must be complete before the first significant withdrawal moves out.
Bonus rules
All Monacojack bonuses come with 35x wagering on the bonus amount, meaning you wager 35 times whatever you win from the bonus before you can withdraw it. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is €5 per spin or per hand. Bonus credit and bonus winnings expire after seven days.

Prohibited behavior
Cheating, collusion, bot use, or any attempt to exploit a game bug is prohibited and results in account closure plus forfeit of any related winnings.
Chargeback abuse on card payments leads to immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities. Attempted bonus stacking through multi-accounting voids all related bonuses.
KYC and AML
Monacojack runs Know Your Customer checks under the AML rules of the Anjouan license. You may be asked for a photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation for larger play or VIP tiers.
Refusal to provide the documents within the deadline leads to account suspension until the matter is resolved. Verified accounts withdraw without re-asking for paperwork on every cashout.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, start with live chat. Most issues clear on the spot. If chat cannot resolve it, escalate to [email protected] with the chat transcript number.
If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you can file with Anjouan Licensing Services, the regulator that issues the license. Contact details are available on request through the support team.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan as the licensing jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved out of court are heard in the Anjouan courts.
Changes to the terms
Monacojack may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the account after the effective date counts as acceptance of the new terms. The current version of this page is always the version that applies.
